Pattern Making and Maintenance Expertise

GPM Foundry maintains both customer-owned and internally owned patterns, with the capability of making and repair and maintain wood and resin tooling. This service helps extend tooling life, reduce replacement costs, and ensure ongoing production reliability.

Advanced Core Making Technology

GPM Foundry operates two Endeco Omega CB5P cold-box core shooters, capable of producing precision cores using phenolic resin and amine gas catalyst technology. This process ensures excellent dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and surface finish, supporting the production of complex cast components.

Efficient Moulding Operations

Our moulding facility utilizes high-quality silica sand systems with advanced reclamation technology, allowing for both environmental sustainability and process consistency. Supported by a high-capacity Impala sand mixer and a dedicated carousel moulding line, we are capable of producing moulds up to 500 mm high, 600 mm wide, and 900 mm deep.

At the heart of our operation is an Inductotherm induction melting system powered by a 600kW VIP power pack and dual furnace bodies. This setup provides exceptional control over metal quality and consistency.

Quality Finishing and Fettling

Every casting undergoes rigorous finishing processes using Pangborn shot blasting equipment and dedicated fettling stations. This ensures clean, consistent castings that are ready for machining, assembly, or final application.

Sustainable Sand Reclamation

Our Endeco Omega sand reclamation plant processes up to six tonnes of sand per hour, significantly reducing waste and improving environmental sustainability. Through efficient cooling, classification, and dust extraction systems, we maintain high-quality reclaimed sand while supporting responsible manufacturing practices.
